OBITUARY
With gratitude to God for a life well spent, we the
IT Gurus and Computer users regret to annouce the passing on to glory of
our dear beloved Operating System Windows XP whose sad event occurred
on the 8th of April 2014 after a protracted consideration of Non-Support from Microsoft.
Windows XP was until it's untimely death a very reliable operating system which was known to be efficient and stable for computer users especially in Africa and Asia.
He is survived by Windows 95 (Father), Windows 98 (Mother), Windows ME (Uncle), Windows Vista (Sister) and Windows 8 (Younger Brother)
XP, you will continue to live in our hearts and our computer systems that have RAMs less than 514mb no matter what happens. Your siblings came after you but can never be equated to your performance and durability. We love you.
May his Gentle Soul rest in perfect peace in Cyberspace. Amen.
