TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY! WHAT ARE WE, IF NOT FOR HIS GRACE?
Ladies and gentlemen, we are returning to the great city of Port Harcourt to do build another beautiful house for another gentleman whom I am yet to meet in person. I already feel very excited about this house, and I am already anticipating the brilliance and beauty of the finished house.
The details of the project are as follows;
Project: Construction of an executive 5 bedroom fully detached duplex
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Client: A Nairalander
Contractor: Tigerkenn Nig LTD
Budget: N
Duration: 80 days.
This house will have the following, a main lounge, kitchen, elevated dining area, gym, laundry, store, ante-room and a bedroom en suite on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there will be 4 bedrooms all en suite, a family lounge, a study room, a gallery very beautifully designed. There are also 6 designed stand alone columns at the left hand side of the house. A car porch voided at the top completes the beautiful design.
